Calf “Tenderizer”

My favorite myofascial release technique will work out the tight spots in your calf muscles. It’s also fantastic for when your Achilles is tight, among many, many other benefits. My teacher, Sally Miller, calls this “Tenderizer” because, well… try it and see for yourself!

Equipment needed: myofascial release ball or tennis ball; yoga block or shoebox (optional)
